The final version will cover: permitted and prohibited uses of the Boom Wellness website, the relationship between Boom Wellness, Inc. and our clinical partner OpenLoop, eligibility requirements for medical intake, intellectual property and trademark restrictions, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and binding arbitration, and governing law.

Boom Wellness is not a medical provider. All clinical services are provided by independently licensed physicians through OpenLoop. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.
